We are seeking a

Lead Business Analyst

to drive the analysis and documentation of business requirements for P&C underwriting solutions.


You will lead agile teams and collaborate with senior client stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. Join us to leverage your expertise and contribute to innovative insurance projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for P&C underwriting solutions Act as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments Engage and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders to understand strategic goals Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements across multiple cross-functional streams Validate that all business and technical requirements are addressed before UAT Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and build consensus Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and team members Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to ensure delivery

Requirements

Extensive experience of 10-14 years in business analysis with a focus on P&C insurance Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring business analysis teams Strong experience with requirement gathering, BRD, and FRD documentation In-depth knowledge of P&C underwriting processes and regulatory standards Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to facilitate workshops and agile ceremonies effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
