1. Strong experience in Business Analysis.
2. Leadership & Mentoring BA teams.
3. Requirement Gathering & Documentation (BRD/FRD)
4. Stakholder management.
5. SDLC & IT Systems knowledge.
6. Wireframing tools - Figma/ Balsamiq.
7. Process & Change Management.
What You'll Do:
1. Lead BA activities across multiple projects
2. Work with business & Tech teams
3. Support Solution design & UAT
4. Drive process improvement

B.Tech / B.E / IT
