Requirement Gathering:
Collect and document business needs through meetings, workshops, and surveys.
Process Analysis:
Develop process flow diagrams, find inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with developers to design solutions that match business goals.
Validation & Testing:
Conduct UAT and gather user feedback.
Documentation:
Prepare user stories, specifications, and maintain complete records.
Communication & Risk Management:
Serve as the bridge between CPCB and the tech team, ensuring clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
