Responsibilities :
Report/Analysis

  • Define process for employee relationship management post offer release.
  • Provides analysis and reports to unit management.
  • Participates in org level and unit level recruitment drives
  • Supports HR in creating and reviewing the HR solutions dashboard by giving inputs on matrix.
  • Prepares the report on effectiveness of business solutions. Employee Assimilation
  • Assesses the effectiveness of the assimilation process and incorporates revisions to the process as required in order to ensure that the assimilation process in the unit is strengthened.
Deployment
Prepares a short, medium and long term skill requirement analysis based on the unit's business plan
  • Plans to execute the skill plan through the internal and external options available.
  • Continuously monitors the execution of the process.
  • Reviews the entry level deployment bench management and transfer process to effectively manage the talent deployment process in the unit
Performance Management
  • Handling performance management activities.
  • Institute methods to measure and improve effectiveness of these activities.
