Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare PR for material procurements.
• Perform inspections to access equipment condition.
• Educate the workmen and Contract engineers by providing training.
• Scheduling & planning of various types of maintenance.
• Monitor contractors and direct them to perform work.
• Maintenance in compliance with SAP based notification and work order.
• Analyze cause of poor performance of equipment and take action accordingly.
• Conducting internal audits for unsafe conditions of boiler area.
• Conducting job specific training of work which is being carried out and carrying out Health & Safety Interactions on schedule basis.
• Ensure PTW & LOTO system is followed for every activity to be carried out in Boiler area for ensuring Health & Safety in accordance with all the Health & Safety guidelines.
• Audit / Health & Safety observation compliances and keeping records of the audit observations.
• Working proactively for safely carrying out work at height, confined space and high risk areas and conducting Health & Safety meetings and maintaining housekeeping.

Qualifications:
Essential Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical)
Desired Qualification: M.E / M.Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: minimum 10 years in Boiler
