About the Role:

We are seeking a

Lead Blockchain Developer

with hands-on experience in blockchain technologies and decentralized applications. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, architect blockchain solutions, and guide the team in delivering secure and scalable applications in the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of

blockchain-based solutions

(smart contracts, dApps, DeFi/NFT platforms). Architect blockchain system components ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend, frontend) to deliver high-quality projects. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices. Stay up to date with the latest trends in blockchain protocols, consensus algorithms, and security standards. Integrate blockchain solutions with existing applications and APIs. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance performance of smart contracts and blockchain nodes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

4 years of hands-on experience

in blockchain development. Strong expertise in

Solidity, Ethereum, Web3.js, Ethers.js, Node.js

. Good knowledge of

blockchain frameworks

(Hyperledger, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, etc.). Experience in designing and deploying

smart contracts

and working with ERC standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155). Understanding of

cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and tokenomics

. Familiarity with

IPFS, Layer 2 solutions, and decentralized storage

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, or DAO projects

. Knowledge of

Rust, Go, or other blockchain programming languages

. Prior experience in a

leadership role

managing blockchain teams. Exposure to

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

and DevOps practices.

Pay: ₹378,862.30 - ₹1,485,280.89 per year
