We are looking for an enthusiastic

Lead - Bid Management

with a foundational understanding of data science principles and an interest in the insurance industry. The role involves working alongside senior data scientists to analyze data, build models, and generate insights.

Job Summary




We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Lead - Bid Management to lead the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. You'll work closely with Sales, Delivery, R&D, and other internal teams to create compelling, competitive, and high-quality proposals. This role combines commercial insight, project management, and strong communication skills to help win key business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities




Bid Management & Proposal Creation




Own and manage the full bid lifecycle from kick-off to submission

for Data, AI and Analytics related opportunities

Review RFX documents to understand requirements and scope Coordinate inputs from Sales, Delivery, R&D, and Finance teams Develop responses including proposal documents, cost models, and presentations Contribute content independently and ensure alignment with client needs Track progress daily and manage timelines for timely submission Manage reviews and compile all supporting materials, including pricing

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement




Work with Account Managers and Pre-Sales teams to align on solution scope Present and explain Data & Analytics offerings in customer meetings Support clarifications, demos, and proposal walkthroughs

Business Support




Help define infrastructure sizing, assumptions, and pricing Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts Assist Sales with proactive proposals and strategic inputs

Skills & Experience Required




Overall 7+ Yrs of experience in the Bid Management space 3+ years of experience in Bid Management, Pre-Sales, or Proposal Writing for

Data, AI and Analytics opportunities

Strong project management and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids at once Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Preferred




Exposure to Power BI or other analytics platforms
