Marketing Lead- B2B
We are currently retained by a leading professional services firm to hire a Marketing Lead for them.
- As a Marketing lead you will be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy and lead all the marketing initiatives, including social media, email & digital campaigns, content creation, and creative projects.
- We are looking for a talented marketing strategist who can build the team from scratch, inspire them and drive success.
- You will lead Marketing to maximise profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with the company\'s overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising, to increase the company\'s online presence and drive web traffic.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, conferences, and sponsorships to enhance the company\'s visibility and reputation in the market.
- Plan suite of tools and utilize marketing tools such as Apollo, Canva, MailChimp and other relevant software to streamline and enhance marketing efforts.
- Build the team from scratch and provide clear direction and support to team members, empowering them to execute marketing initiatives successfully.
- Manage and enhance the company\'s brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels (digital, emails, events, web pages, social).
- Drive content strategy and creation, including, social posts, case studies, videos, webinars, presentations for business.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Lead the digital transformation in terms of website redesign and collaterals.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- Work experience as a marketing leader in the professional services industry.
- MBA with 8+ years of experience, with at least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing leadership roles
- Proven experience of running successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics and tools like Apollo, Mailchimp, Canva etc.
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
