Manage RTA for various locations. Keep tracks on various KPI's to maintain the SL for the process. Prepare various reports for Operations to analyze the trends. Implements logics over Excel to prepare new templates.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree and good WFM knowledge along with basic excel skills.
