• Financial Analysis ~ Evaluate credit, income, and asset documents to determine compliance with underwriting requirements.
• Property Documentation ~ Examine property-related documents, including titles, sales contracts, insurance, and flood determinations.
• Compliance and Risk Management~ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan guidelines and regulations to prevent and detect mortgage fraud.
• Quality Assurance ~ Meet daily production and quality standards, utilizing tools like RCA and Pareto charts to ensure continuous improvement.

Key requirements * Educational Background~ Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

• Experience~ 2-3 years of direct experience in U.S. mortgage operations, with a total of 5-6 years encompassing roles in pre-purchase analysis and pre-underwritin
• Analytical Skills~ Strong ability to analyze financial documents and assess risk accurately.
• Regulatory Knowledge~ Comprehensive understanding of mortgage regulations and compliance standards.
• Technical Proficiency~ Familiarity with quality assurance tools and mortgage underwriting software
