Job Description

Role:
\xef\x82\xa7 Perform QC & ensure minimum required QC is done by the team as per SLA /internal targets.
\xef\x82\xa7 Responsible for ISO compliance & adherence to quality standards.
\xef\x82\xa7 Reporting to the Assistant Manager Quality/ Deputy Manager Quality.

Key Accountabilities:
\xef\x82\xa7 Perform quality checks to the extent of minimum 70% of his / her productive time.
\xef\x82\xa7 Monitor and supervise QC process to ensure min QC sample as per SLA
\xef\x82\xa7 Provide regular (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) Feedback to staff on Quality Performance
\xef\x82\xa7 Ensure analysis & reporting of staff /process performance (weekly /monthly) on Quality parameters
\xef\x82\xa7 Ensure registration & RCA on customer comebacks & adherence to Customer Comebacks Resolution Process (CCRP)
\xef\x82\xa7 Perform calibration of QC staff as per the frequency required by ISO norms
\xef\x82\xa7 Ensure review of FMEA\xe2\x80\x99s for all processes on a regular interval as per ISO norms
\xef\x82\xa7 Ensure monthly internal compliance checks on ISO front
\xef\x82\xa7 Initiate and complete WB six sigma improvement project for driving process improvements /self/project certification

Qualifications

\xef\x82\xa7 Graduates
\xef\x82\xa7 Knowledge of six sigma & Lean Tools.
\xef\x82\xa7 Knowledge of quality tools & techniques.
\xef\x82\xa7 Well versed with ISO methodology.
\xef\x82\xa7 IT Networking Knowledge (Preferred)
\xef\x82\xa7 ITIL certified would be an added advantage.

Work Experience:
Minimum 1.5 to 2 years into Quality Role.
Prior experience in Travel services industry would be an added advantage.

Rotational shift
Candidate should be willing to work in the continuous night shift.
