1.1. Brief description of position (key role & responsibilities): Design and develop interactive eLearning courses, modules, and assessments Create/improvise the storyboard to develop high quality, digital learning content Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories Create multimedia elements including videos, animations, simulations, and graphics Ensure courses are compatible with the LMS platforms Review, test, and revise content based on feedback and learning outcomes Manage multiple projects and adhere to the project timelines Collaboration & follow up with all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within schedule. Comply with copyrights/ proprietary material/images/videos. Optimum utilization of royalty free images & videos. A thorough understanding of the industry/domain is essential to effectively develop e-learning courses 1.2. Critical competencies for the position: Proficient in Articulate 360 suite, Epiplex, Canva. Optimum utilization of AI tools for storyboarding & content development Good verbal and written communication skills and visual design skills Proven experience developing eLearning / digital training content Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design & content development, or Graduate in any stream
