• Good experience in Treasury Management, payment monitoring related to claims processing, Bordeau
• Hands on experience in creating process performance reports.
• Ability to freely & decisively communicate with internal / external stakeholders.
• Responsible for delivering SLAs.
• Lead process improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Establish & maintain strong process controls
• . Experience of managing large teams.
• Manage all month-end activities as per the calendar and coordinate with respective onshore and offshore team members
• Train new team members on complicated process tasks.
• Identify process efficiencies and participate in process improvements / Automation initiative.
• Support with query resolutions to the internal, external, and statutory auditors.
