Job Description


Job Responsibilities: 1) Suppliers\' Invoice processing and accounting. 2) Employee claims and Corp-card accounting. 3) Connect with locals and foreign vendors, as and when required. 4) Prepare ADHOC report and analysis based on requirement. 5) Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and add value. 6) Compiling reports for the requirement of Audits (Statutory Audit and Internal Audits) 7) Regular Connect with cross-functional teams and resolve queries and inquiries. 8) Account reconciliation with Vendors. 9) Month-end close activities. Desired Candidate Profile: 1) Graduate/post-graduate/ MBA 2) 2+ years of experience in AP/Finance 3) Good Inter-personal Skill 4) Good Communication Skills (Both verbal and written) 5) Good excel and presentation skills 6) Well-versed with Oracle AP, General Ledger will be an added advantage.
