Inviting applications for the role of

Lead Associate, Embedded Software Engineer!

Firmware Engineer is primarily responsible to learns the practical application of engineering principal and will work with a cross-functional team to deliver/maintain the firmware design for medical device.

He/She

need to lead the new technology introduction, problem investigation, platform definition, practical design, and verification/validation.

Responsibilities

Experience in Medical systems particularly in CT (Computed Tomography)

Identify legacy items still dependent on code residing in

clearcase

Migrate all remaining

clearcase

code to Gitlab environment and integrate artifact delivery to latest process

Migrate CT applications to latest VxWorks 7 platform and test with seamless integration and delivery into existing products

Collaborate with cross-functional teams after identifying dependencies to perform effective migrations managing all dependencies

Take ownership of tasks and deliver, submitting merge requests while helping team members through programming and code reviews

Perform impact assessment, document verification plans, and organize/execute formal code verification for releases

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or in related STEM Major

Relevant experience in C/C++ domain & also in embedded software development

Experience successfully migrating code bases from

clearcase

to Gitlab environment and testing for effective migration

Experience with build pipelines, build infrastructure, and formal verification test execution and planning

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

C, C++, Shell Scripting, Linux Internal,

FreeRTOS

/VxWorks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
