As a Lead Associate - Design, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design team's activities and ensuring that design projects meet client requirements and quality standards. Your leadership skills and creative vision will drive the team towards innovative and impactful design solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals. Develop design concepts and strategies in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high quality standards. Review and approve design deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to align design efforts with overall business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design to drive continuous improvement within the team. * Manage budget and resources effectively to optimize project outcomes and client satisfaction.
