As a Lead Associate - Business Finance, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the financial operations and strategies within the organization. You will be tasked with analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, and developing plans to support the company's financial objectives. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure financial compliance, manage budgets, and drive financial performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the financial planning and analysis processes.
Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Identify risks and opportunities related to business finance and recommend strategies to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic financial initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Experience & Skills:
