Job Description


:Summary:Collection Team Lead supervises day-to-day activities of collectors, ensures governance and assistance to drive continuous improvement in overdue reduction and customer experience. The Lead ensures the team meets performance standards while also handling escalations and sensitive cases.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team of collection analysts, ensuring they handle and manage account/portfolio effectively.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
  • Analyze collection trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Use data analytics to identify patterns and improve collection processes.
  • Manage client communication, daily/weekly/monthly reviews, and closure to feedback loop.
  • Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to manage sensitive issues and ensure proper follow-up.
Required Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Knowledge of HR and compliance protocols.
  • Ability to handle escalations and sensitive cases professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in AR Collections, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with HR, legal, and compliance-related issues.
