4 to 6 years of experience in HR Operation and perform all 3rd party HR related activities from Hire to Retire including, Exception handling, Quality audits and Reporting and Month-end deliverables, Workflow Management, Severance Pay. Experience in SAP/ServiceNow and SuccessFactors and all HR related platforms is added advantage.


Candidate must have team handling experience and exposure to the client environment. Excellent attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, analytical skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands, worked on creating SOPs
