Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in Banking, Financial or other industry Hiring for Gurgaon and Bangalore location Willing to work 5 days from office Preferred Skills and Experience: Well-versed with analytic tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI. Experience with coding tools like SQL/SAS. Experience with Python is preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience with presenting to large groups. Ability to work and thrive in collaborative environment as well as independently to drive results. Impeccable diligence, while being comfortable with ambiguity. Demonstrated ability to influence change across a complex organization. Strong data analysis that allows for driving insights from substantial amounts of data and reporting. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements based on data insights.
