Job Title: General Analytics With Exposure To SAP SPP
Band: B1/B2
Location: Hybrid - Gurgaon / Bangalore /Remote
Role Overview:
We are looking for a general Analytics professional with exposure to SAP SPP. The person would be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data to support business decision-making in supply chain and production planning contexts. This role requires strong analytical skills and technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI to extract actionable insights from various data sources, & an understanding of SAP SPP. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize planning processes and enhance overall operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with supply chain, finance, and operations support teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytics solutions that drive informed decision-making
• Develop & maintain interactive and insightful dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate complex analytics clearly to stakeholders at various levels.
• Create and maintain SQL & python scripts to automate repetitive data processing tasks and enhance data accuracy and efficiency
• Present insights and recommendations to client leadership in a clear, actionable format.
• Identify gaps in current analytics processes and recommend improvements or new methodologies to increase the effectiveness of reporting and analysis
• Provide analytical support for supply chain and production planning activities by interpreting SAP SPP data, helping to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and optimize production schedules

• Bachelor's/master's in engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on manufacturing management.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, Spark, and visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.
• Familiarity with SAP SPP & its APIs including their key functionalities and data structures

• Familiarity with SAP SPP navigation & its APIs including their key functionalities and data structures
• Stay updated with the latest analytics tools, SAP SPP features, and industry best practices to continuously improve analytics capabilities and support strategic initiatives

• Should hold a bachelors or master's in engineering
