Role: Google Analytics Consultant Location: Gurgaon Responsibilities Create and manage reports and dashboards from Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture data Create conversion optimization strategies using both qualitative (page evaluations, UX design principles, site reviews) and quantitative (traffic source analysis, web analytics tools) sources Lead the development of A/B & multivariate testing road maps that will lift conversion rates Establish and maintain a clear backlog, and define the optimization roadmap that will increase conversion, customer engagement, and other KPIs. Identify optimization opportunities, analyze and interpret site usage data and trends through rich and in-depth data analysis, consumer research (quantitative and qualitative), and usability studies. Create high-quality, comprehensive deliverables such as project strategy decks, creative briefs, and weekly/monthly reports Create solutions or reports using SQL, Python or Tableau/PowerBI Troubleshoot and spot existing issues with optimization test set-ups and present results internally or externally through the production of high-quality documentation Required skills/experience: 1+ years experience working in CRO and Analytics of an e-commerce or D2C company or client. Advanced understanding of Web analytics such as Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture Deep understanding of conversion/persuasion best practices Good understanding of UX/UI design principles Good presentation and writing skills, particularly the ability to write compelling value propositions Internalized knowledge of online marketing concepts & the role that usability and user experience play in achieving online business goals Hands-on experience with any conversion optimization testing tools such as LiveBall, Optimizely, SiteSpect, Test & Target, Unbounce Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proactive and self-motivated to seek answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills
