Lead Assistant Manager
Job Description
A successful candidate would work as an EXL consultant with a leading US based bank The job will require the consultant to work on: Data analysis in identifying major trends, univariate and bi-variate analysis Recommending changes to business strategy and general/marketing policies Critical examination and deep dive into analysis and enhancements as per the recommendations Building a reporting/Bi framework for multiple teams within the organization Clearly communicating analysis as presentations to technical & non-technical groups will be required as part of the job Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues Maintaining a high degree of technical and policy understanding with respect to marketing/general analytics problems Managing assigned projects in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and that deliverables are met. Training, coaching and development of team members Qualifications: Hands on work experience in SAS/SAS macros OR Python OR SQL is must Previous experience (1+ years) in analytics, preferably in BFSI Good knowledge in General Analytics, Fraud Analytics, Credit Risk Analytics, Banking Analytics Past experience in problem solving roles, strategic initiatives Hands on work experience in R or any other analytical tool would be a plus Good problem-solving skills
