B Azure Databricks Engineer - B2 Function Development Reports to Employment Type Permanent /Contractual Span of Control Location W223 - SCIO Chennai, TVH Bellicia Towers/Remote Essential Functions 6+ years\' experience in developing ETL pipelines for high volume data load Minimum 6 years\' experience developing Python modules that perform data manipulations. Strong executive-level client facing skills and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts with confidence to a non-technical executive audience. 4+ Years of experience in Azure data bricks environment. Extensive Experience in Data Modeling, Data Integration, ETL, Data Quality concepts, Data Governance & Security Essential Functions Designing, Coding, automation, and performance tuning of ETL processes Source code management and oversight of release processes with respect to ETL Troubleshoot and address production issues in the ETL pipeline as they arise. Analyze data issues in production as they arise Support implementation team to onboard new data sources Primary Internal Interactions Work with data management team to support the ETL processes in production Train & Mentor the juniors in the team Work with the Client Services Team to ensure data requirements are met to support clients on the Clarity platform Primary External Interactions Work with clients\' data teams to understand their data Organizational Relationships Reports To : Anbazhagan Parasuraman Supervises : To Be Decided Skills Technical Skills Required Skills - Experience in designing ETL solutions in the Azure Good Knowledge on Claims in US Healthcare Good working knowledge of SQL, Databricks, Spark Performance Tuning, Platform Configuration/Tuning, Load Balancing, Clustering 4+ years of programming experience in Python Knowledge of the following, Enterprise business intelligence platform (Tableau, PowerBI,) Enterprise data warehousing modeling Tools ADO, JIRA, Azure Data Factory Skills Nice to Have Microsoft Azure/ AWS Certification would be great to have Certifications on SDLC & Agile Concepts is a plus. Process Specific Skills Delivery Domain - Cloud Technology, Microsoft environment Business Domain - US Healthcare Risk Adjustment, Healthcare data Soft Skills Understanding of Healthcare business vertical and the business terms within Good analytical skills. Strong communication skills - verbal and written. Ability to work with various stakeholders across various geography.
