Change Management/Data operations:Lead Assistant managerDomain - Insurance.Skill Set - worked on User access & SOPs, Process control and Process flow, SIX SIGMA certification preferable,Experience - 3 yrs+Band - B1/B2Notice - Early Joiners Preferred/0-30 days, 60 days max if buyout is thereSalary - We are Open- Active cash management- Synthesize data into lists, reports, and visualizations- Provide analysis of data and recommendations to help drive business strategy- Create prospect and customer lists for various marketing campaigns- Assist in QA of database upgrades/new developments/software deployments- Drives data strategy through use of industry best practices- Coordinate with marketing managers to ensure lists are relevant and well-prioritized- Design and implement scalable monitoring applications and tools- Automate processes and work flow- Monitor model production and testing processes- Six sigma cerification
