Basic Function

  • Setup new customer account in ERP
  • Perform Credit check in DNBI and Credit.net websites to see the credit worthiness of the customer
  • Perform sales order and generate invoices for various revenue streams
  • Perform estimated sales order for potential revenue streams
  • Provide outstanding invoices data to the client
  • Prepare and provide aging analysis report - Items over 90 days
  • Download bank statement from JP Morgan bank for the payments received from prior day
  • Research on the deposits received to identify the customer account details
Essential Functions
  • Handle daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc calls with client
  • Be the first point of contact for SME queries via emails and calls
  • Initiate and drive process improvements across the team
  • Work load balancing, leave management and monitoring scheduled adherence
  • Conduct regular one on ones, motivate team members and manage conflicts
  • Update process documentations and process maps on a regular basis
  • Conduct new hires trainings, cross trainings and monthly refresher trainings as per process requirement

  • Client management and streamlining the process, clarifying questions and updating documentation as and when required during the process changes as agreed with Client SME
Skills

Technical Skills
  • Strong PC skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly strong in MS Excel & Word which is a mandatory requirement
Process Specific Skills
  • Identify and implement new ways to improve quality of work
  • Coordinate with onsite team for month end close activities

Education Requirements
  • B.Com/M.com
Work Experience Requirements
  • Overall work experience should be more than 5 years
  • Excellent knowledge on end to end Order to cash process - Both Cash Apps and Billing
  • Working knowledge of JDE preferable
