Job Summary Responsible for implementing marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities, both external and internal. Developing thought leadership content in the form of whitepapers, case studies strategic presentation decks, etc. by interfacing with technical and functional experts within the organizations and polishing their inputs in a format suitable for syndication Executing email/digital marketing campaigns by devising email/digital marketing strategy, determining target audience, writing campaign content and launching campaign to create buzz or generate leads for the business. Overseeing development and implementation of support materials and services for marketing, communications and public relations. Directing the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization. Primary Relationships Within the organization, the position has primary working relationships with the Insurance leadership team, staff of the Marketing/Communications and P.R. function. Principle Accountabilities Content Marketing, Solution Decks, Market Research, Communications and Public Relations Responsible for implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the organization's image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications. Ensure articulation of organization's desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external. Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization publications. Create email marketing campaigns to promote EXL and develop a personalization e-communication strategy. Follow up on interested respondents and purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs. Help the organization in the relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends. Qualifications Required: Strong oral and written communications skills. Demonstrated content marketing skills. Strong creative, strategic, analytical skills. Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities. Demonstrated successful experience making presentations, and experience overseeing the design and production of marketing materials. Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at a time. Other: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing, Advertising, Media agency or Digital agency. Masters' degree in Journalism, Mass communication, Marcomm preferred Candidates with prior knowledge of insurance industry will be preferred
