Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the architectural design process for all assigned projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to foster their professional growth and development.
• Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications to meet project requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design proposals and gather feedback.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in architectural design to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices within the organization.
• Ensure timely delivery of design milestones within budget constraints.
• Manage relationships with external design consultants and contractors to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate architectural design requirements with overall project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in Architectural Design within the Real Estate industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Proven experience in managing a team of architects and designers.
