Lead 2D Animator Location: Noida Experience: 4-6 years We are seeking a motivated and energetic artist to join our company as a Lead Animator. As part of our creative team, you create video content and assets for use across a wide variety of media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging media. You work with a larger team of creative professionals, supporting company goals and media initiatives, meaning that a collaborative mindset is an absolute must. Our ideal candidate is an expert in an array of Adobe Suits. You should also be an expert in other common design software. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a wide range of projects, including advertisements, marketing campaigns, social media content, and more. Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and other team members to develop and execute innovative visual concepts. Create storyboards, sketches, and mock-ups to communicate ideas and concepts effectively. Utilize industry-standard software and tools to design and animate graphics. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics and visual effects. Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards. Major Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in motion graphics and visual effects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a senior or lead role within a creative agency, production studio, or video production company. Familiarity with 3D modeling and animation techniques. Knowledge of video editing and compositing. Understanding of sound design and audio editing. Experience with visual effects (VFX) and special effects (SFX).
