As the lead animator, you need to be passionate about storytelling through your visual
art. Your key challenge is how to enhance the vision of the writer than eroding it.
How do you present deepest mysteries in a sensitive, simple and engaging manner that
it creates lasting impression on the viewers?
We are looking for a creative Animator to develop aesthetic simple visual frames with
2D/3D or other techniques. They can easily turn a script or a concept into an impressive
computer-generated animation. To excel in this role, you must be highly skilled in CGI
software and storytelling.
Responsibilities:

• Set an example for animation quality within the Animation Dept.
• Recommend the best approaches to integrate 3-D components into final

commercial quality products

• Create high-quality animations by utilizing both hand key animation and motion

capture data

• Work closely with the Director to produce high-quality animation and create

compelling, story-driven and action-packed moments that fit within the style and
pacing of the film

• Support the team by leading the animation of a sequence or character. Provide

creative and technical feedback to your team.

• Working closely with the Rigging, Production and Pipeline departments providing

suggestions and feedback to improve character setup, visual quality, rigs and
tool functionality

• Ongoing communication with Production, Supervisors and other Leads regarding

schedules and deadlines

• Working efficiently as part of a team, or independently, to complete assigned

shots

• Submitting shots for review and follow through with notes and feedback
• Meeting schedules and show deadlines
• Continuing to become familiar with new tools, software, data and other related

technology

Requirements

• Knowledge of 2D, 3D, stop motion, and computer-generated animation
• Experience in project management
• Proficient in CGI softwares
• A creative storyteller with presentation abilities
• Comfortable working with deadlines and budget restrictions
• Teamwork and excellent communication skills
• Minimum number of years of experience: 3-5 years
