Responsibilities * Prepare, develop, and manage client proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs in alignment with business requirements.

• Leverage advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to create compelling and visually appealing deliverables.
• Conduct in-depth research, benchmarking, and analysis to support decision-making and enhance proposal quality.
• Engage with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, and marketing to gather inputs and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Support solution development, deal tracking, and optimization initiatives for pre-sales processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder management and project-related communications.
• Champion innovation by maintaining updated knowledge of market trends and best practices in proposal development and bid management.

Requirements * A bachelor's degree, with at least 2+ years of relevant experience in KPO/BPO domains.

• Proven expertise in bid management, RFP/RFQ responses, and proposal support.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for creating effective business presentations.
• Analytical mindset with strong skills in research, data analysis, and benchmarking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Previous experience in any of the following sectors is a plus: logistics, supply chain, or asset management.
