What you'll do:
The individual plays a critical role in advancing digital maturity across Eaton's MDM function. This position is responsible for identifying, designing, and deploying scalable digital solutions that enhance processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and support operational excellence. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into digital capabilities, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

• Collaborate with Power Platform developers to convert business needs into technical blueprints, ensuring solutions are both user-friendly and enterprise-compliant.
• Prototype and iterate digital tools that simplify customer experience using low-code platforms and modern UI design tools.
• Design data flows and system linkages that connect various platforms, enabling seamless information exchange and real-time visibility.
• Evaluate proposed digital initiatives for scalability, security, and alignment with Eaton's IT governance framework, working closely with enterprise architecture teams.
• Lead the automation of repetitive commercial processes using scripting, workflow engines, and integration tools to reduce manual effort and improve cycle times.
• Apply agile delivery practices to manage digital project pipelines, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity of expectations and alignment of outcomes.
• Facilitate adoption of new tools and processes through training, documentation, and change management strategies tailored to commercial users.
• Act as a digital innovation advocate, identifying emerging technologies and piloting their application in real-world scenarios.
• Establish and uphold development standards that promote code reusability, maintainability, and performance across all deployed solutions."

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5-8 Years in Project Management, Power Platform development
Skills:
