What your day-to-day will look like:

Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enhancements in OTM 6.4.1 and OTM SaaS 25B environments. Provide hands-on support for production issues, including root cause analysis and resolution. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Assist in Development and maintenance of integrations between OTM and custom TMS systems using web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware tools. Configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, and Freight Settlement. Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution and product updates. Document technical solutions, configurations, and support procedures. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across OTM-related initiatives.

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:


Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including both on-prem and SaaS versions. Strong understanding of OTM architecture, data model, and configuration. Experience with

OTM 6.4.1

and

OTM SaaS 25B

Proficiency in

PL/SQL

,

XSLT

, and

OTM automation agents

required. Familiarity with

Java

will be useful. Hands-on experience with

integration technologies

(REST/SOAP APIs, BPEL, middleware platforms). Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance.

It'd be great if you also have:

Experience with custom TMS systems and logistics domain knowledge. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Certification in Oracle OTM or related technologies. Experience in logistics and/or transportation management, business analysis and customer relations
