Your future duties and responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.


Architect, design, and implement end-to-end solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.


Develop and maintain real-time data processing systems leveraging Apache Kafka.


Design and optimize caching strategies with Redis to enhance application performance.


Manage and query MongoDB databases efficiently for scalable, document-based storage.


Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular and HTML5.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, and Design) to deliver high-quality software.


Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, testing, and CI/CD processes.


Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical assessments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

8+ years of professional software development experience.


Strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot microservices architecture.


Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven applications.


Proficiency with Redis for caching and session
