Job Description

The Lead Analyst is (an expert in .NET Technologies, Angular 9+, and Java, NodeJS as optional) responsible for the development, ongoing maintenance, and support of software systems, and to provide technical expertise and architectural solutions in the applications Ansell-wide. As an application Architect of Guardian and will be responsible for applying Information Technology best practices, principles, theories, and concepts for building software products and enterprise solutions. Ability to develop solutions from ground up by leveraging suitable modern technologies, and current reusable artifacts. Develop and implement a systems architecture that will meet business needs. The Solution Architect\'s responsibilities include requirements analysis, assessing the current software systems in place to identify areas needing improvement, and overseeing development teams, including code reviews.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Hands on coding experience and ability to guide younger team members with any issues & help with PR review to deliver the best technical solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Develop target state architecture and validate with the development team.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the Product Owner, product development team, and infrastructure team to ensure support of software development, and testing.

\xc2\xb7 Advises team of IT and software-related technology standard requirements, methodology, and processes.

\xc2\xb7 Participates in proof of concepts to assist in advancing technology direction and enabling business strategy.

\xc2\xb7 Conducts and assists in end-to-end technical plan design for software projects.

\xc2\xb7 Works with enterprise standards to ensure compatibility and integration of multi-vendor platforms.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for impact analysis and design modifications to existing systems to support new solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Develops specifications for interfaces from existing to new systems.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a common documentation library of standardized procedures and configurations.

\xc2\xb7 Provide third level support for incidents and problems in designated areas of expertise.

Qualifications:

Required Education

\xc2\xb7 Required at least a Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus.

Required Experience

\xc2\xb7 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of working in NET Core, microservice, Angular, TypeScript, Java, JavaScript, and Node.js stack designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions on AWS/Azure.

\xc2\xb7 At least three years of experience with architecting using public cloud services PaaS/SaaS/IaaS on Azure/AWS.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and configuration management technologies such as Jenkins, Chef/Ansible, Azure DevOps, Azure CLI, and Powershell.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to write software system design documents or review design documents provided by others.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

\xc2\xb7 Experience with principles and best practices in software development, configuration management and processes, including leading Agile methodology and planning.

\xc2\xb7 Thorough knowledge of AWS Services, and Azure frameworks, including Active Directory concepts, Azure Dev Ops, AKS, and Azure SQL Server.

\xc2\xb7 Deep knowledge of source code control and configuration management concepts, and experience with Git and Git workflows is essential.

\xc2\xb7 Deep knowledge of common relational (SQL Server), and noSQL database systems and associated database administration.

\xc2\xb7 Deep knowledge of both Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.

\xc2\xb7 Strong ability to communicate orally and in writing.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology.

\xc2\xb7 Capability to work with people in different time zones.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge and understanding of industry trends and new technologies and ability to apply trends to architectural and technical implementation needs.
