Our client is a leading Mumbai headquartered Financial Services Company providing Stock Borking, Institutional Broking, Investment Banking & Corporate Advisory services to business houses, corporates across wide range of industry sectors. We work closely with companies across all stages of its growth cycle by advising a mix of need-based options such as equity fund raise, structured lending, restructuring etc.

Job Location: BKC, Mumbai.

Working Days: 5 days in a week

Job Timing: 9:30am - 6:30pm

Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA

CTC: 25L PA to 50L PA (or Negotiable)

Joining: Immediate / ASAP

Main responsibilities included but not limited to:

1) To track, understand and analyze industries and Auto companies in the sector. Research Analyst covering the Indian Auto sector.

2) To be responsible for motivating teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that team can work together toward achieving goals.

3) Train Associate/Sr, Associate and improves their performance. Hires, trains, motivate, counsels and monitor the performance.

4) Update models and write stock specific research for earnings update and company specific news.

5) Write industry notes discussing current developments within the sector and analyzing its impact on stocks.

6) Writing of reports for Institutional clients (including FIIs) to provide deeper insight into workings of companies under coverage. The reports include visit note, initiating coverage, result update, visit update, IPO note and concall update.

7) Meet corporates in the sector as well as attend analyst meets and annual general meetings to expand his knowledge horizon/ organize corporate client events.

8) Brainstorm & formulate new investment ideas.

9) Preparing investment research reports and other reports like industry analysis, market scenario analysis etc.

10) Communicate investment ideas to clients in the form of industry/company research reports, presentations and oral communication.

11) Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of ideas to clients.

12) Co-ordinate with sales and business development team, and other business verticals.
