Function Description: ID's Management "Lead Analyst" is a dynamic job which involves raising ID/Access request, managing job functional template, to review the required access and place in control as a first level of governance, doing initial troubleshooting which requires role knowledge, accuracy, patience and quick turnaround time.

Purpose of the Role: To liaison between internal and external parties to get the right access to the right person. Ensure adherence of SLAs in regards to Security Administration and Information Integrity guidelines. - partner with Business & Technologies to identify/resolve user and system issues. - Adhere to Process Risk Assessment & governance related as per the guidelines. We are looking for team members that are required to be creative in solving problems, excited to work in new technology areas and be ready to wear multiple hats to get things done in a highly-energized, fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative startup environment and willingness to go extra mile to help and resolve our customer queries and issue.

Responsibilities:

1.Maintain strong relationships with the Team Leaders ,SDL 's and Business owners to improve overall understanding and awareness of IDs & Access Management.

2.To do a research and investigate any cases related to ID& Access control

3.Act as Team member in process enhancement assignments/projects

4.To review the required access and place in control as a first level of governance

5.Communicate to application, systems, voice response and Telecommunication issues to the various department.

6.Ensure adherence of SLAs in regards to Security Administration and Information Integrity guidelines. - partner with Business & Technologies to identify/resolve user and system issues. - Adhere to Process Risk Assessment & governance related as per the guidelines .

7.Provide feedback to customer/Business Units on incomplete or inappropriate segregation of requests working within the Information Protection guidelines.

8.This job involves research and technical aspect of work therefore analytical bend of mindset will be given preference.

9.Proactively identify improvement opportunities on various issue faced by our clients and should have solution based approach while dealing with the real time issues.

10.Should be a Team player as job involves coordination with various internal/external, voice & other application Team's.

11.Should have will to take feedback in positive stride and improve on area of opportunities ,if any.

12.Should be flexible and adaptable approach.

13.Shift 24X7 role.

14. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in service industry.

Candidate should have an effective communication, hand on experience with professional power point/visual/amination and presentation skills as it involves interaction at various hierarchy and stakeholders.
