Job Description

Responsibilities:
Basic accounting skills To work on Financial Report writing / Report maintenance / Report efficiencies & perform Report refresh activities End user support for migrated processes Process redesigning and workflow management Working with stakeholders across enterise to manage expectations and influence to follow standard process Manage Techno functional work with understanding on the requirements around accounting/mgmt reporting Ability to get along and work on common goals for the success of the team with prioritization skills To work on various other accounting processes that will be migrated from HO To assist in any specific Finance related work and support in ideation & automation of activities Perform other job related duties or special projects as required.


Functional expertise, Proficiency in Excel-VBA, Access, SQL and any other low code applications like Ui Path, JIRA, Salesforce, NetSuite, Power apps etc.

Exposure to Reporting tools like Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Essbase, Smartview, Financial Reporting and/or Dodeca is preferred
Understanding of multi-dimensional data

Shift timings - 1.30 to 10.30 PM iST


Qualifications:

Basic Accounting degree/background, Graduation / Post graduation in Commerce or Degree in Computer science with exposure in financial reporting & MIS
Additional Information:

Minimum of 7 - 8 years' of relevant experience at least 3 of which in an MIS / Reporting role in Hyperion Fin. Mgmt / Essbase including MIS/Reporting

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to apply judgment in ambiguous situations and make sound decisions. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) * Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and lead others.
