Your Impact:

The Lead AI/ML Cybersecurity Engineer leads the development of AI models for document classification, metadata tagging, and intelligent search, driving real-time AI/ML initiatives with a focus on cybersecurity. They integrate NLP and machine learning into security products, collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered solutions, develop automation tools to improve workflows, and maintain clear documentation to support scalability and maintainability.

What the Role Offers:

Lead the development of AI models for document classification, metadata tagging, and intelligent search capabilities. Drive real-time AI/ML/Data Science initiatives across multiple business functions, with a focus on cybersecurity applications. Integrate NLP and machine learning models into cybersecurity products& services to enhance automation and intelligence. Collaborate closely with product managers, senior architects, junior developers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, and validate AI-powered capabilities. Develop internal tools and automation scripts to streamline operational workflows and improve efficiency. Maintain clear and structured documentation to support scalability, maintainability, and potential productization of solutions.

What you need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics& Communication Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science& Machine Learning. 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in building AI/ML-driven business applications--preferably within the cybersecurity domain. Proficient in Python and familiar with key AI/ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, spaCy, and Hugging Face. Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and their practical applications. Experience working with unstructured data including documents, emails, and media files. Familiarity with different databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, MongoDB) and data visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation. Up-to-date knowledge of AI trends, tools, and best practices in the context of information and cybersecurity management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
