Job Brief:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced AI / GenAI Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing Advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and tailor-made Agentic AI solutions to its customers.
As an experienced AI Consultant, you will interact with Customer stakeholders and play the role of a strategic advisor and guide them to solve their challenges that can leverage the power of AI technology and define system blueprints for multi-agent ecosystems that can plan, reason, collaborate, and act in dynamic enterprise environments and bring in automation, optimization and eventual business value.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage Customer stakeholders in Business and IT departments and collect business / technical requirements and translate the strategic objectives into agentic AI architecture and solution components with technologies like ML, LLM and multi-agent components
• Outline the solution outcomes in Business and IT terms and highlight any risks and dependencies and follow through with a quick Proof of Technology or Proof of Value
• Use open-source and Vendor product capabilities and Cloud native services (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc) as relevant to develop solution architecture

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 - 12 years of overall experience in IT industry
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in architecting and building enterprise-level generative AI (GenAI) applications
• At least 3- 4 years of working experience in any of the Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS or GCP)
• Industry certifications in AI / ML, GenAI and Cloud technologies
• Hands on experience with LLM models like Mistral, GPT*, and frameworks like Langraph, CrewAI, Protocols like MCP, etc
• Experience in deploying LLM models in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools for scalable and efficient model deployment
• Be able to quickly build custom and light-weight front ends and integrate with chatbot eco system
• Working experience with global Customers (ANZ, Middle East, Europe or North America) and cross-cultural collaboration
• Willingness to be mobile and meet customers and Product vendors and Partners

Preferred Skills:

• Should possess good communication skills and team player and be to work with AI Architects and AI Engineers
• Exposure to enterprise-grade AI deployments and cloud-native architectures
• Knowledge about latest trends and techniques in AI, GenAI and Cloud technology areas
