Role Summary
As a L2 resource of the Run team, he/she will :
xc2xb7 Take up technical tasks in the ITSM queues to resolve day-to-day BAU / Project Requests and Incidents
xc2xb7 Plan, prepare and execute Change technical tasks in the ITSM queues
xc2xb7 Respond to and resolve alerts from the monitoring management system
xc2xb7 Provision server/cluster build and hardening according to the security standards
xc2xb7 Troubleshoot, configure and resolve requests / incidents linked to Hardware, Operating System, Hypervisor and High-Availability services in the operating environment
xc2xb7 Deploy and operate storage, network and OS/cluster configurable items, and infrastructure management tools
xc2xb7 Plan, prepare and execute servers OS patching and reboot
xc2xb7 Plan, prepare and execute servers hardware movement in Data Center including the setup of racking and cabling requirements
xc2xb7 Perform basic to intermediate root cause analysis in Incident and Problem tasks
xc2xb7 Identify, assess and remediate vulnerabilities reported by security sources (scan report, pen test, audit finding, etc)
xc2xb7 Plan, prepare, execute and support Data Center maintenance activities
xc2xb7 Plan, prepare, execute and support Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity exercises
xc2xb7 Coordinate and deliver with internal clients/partners and external vendors for hardware break/fix cases, software cases, etc
xc2xb7 Respond to and own L1/L2 escalations
xc2xb7 Engage in taskforce resolution squad in priority incident management / crisis management cases
xc2xb7 Document, review, maintain and share technical information and write-up (primarily, SOP) as part of Knowledge Management
xc2xb7 Extract and prepare data needed for reporting and dashboard (capacity planning, health checks, IT controls, compliance, audit, etc)
xc2xb7 Engage in Service Improvement review and actions plan

xc2xb7 Operating System Windows 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019
xc2xb7 Hypervisor Hyper-V and VMware (lesser extent)
xc2xb7 High-Availability solution Microsoft Cluster Service (multi-nodes geo cluster)
xc2xb7 Hardware HPE Proliant DL / Blade C7000 / Synergy / Simplivity / Apollo
xc2xb7 Run operate of enterprise Windows ecosystem (Physical and Virtual servers) in heterogeneous environment with Storage, Network, Database and Middleware services
xc2xb7 Run operate of CLX, Raid Manager and HORCM to manage disks and storage operations on server/host side
xc2xb7 Active Directory management (OU/GPO/Forest and domain)
xc2xb7 Scripting / automation experience with Powershell proficiency
xc2xb7 Work with tools such as Altiris (inventory and patch management), CyberArk (privileged access management), OMI suite (events/alerts management)
Shift / Oncall & Weekend Support
Flexible to work on shifts / weekends / Oncall support as followed.
Shift Timings in IST :
xc2xb7 Early Morning Shift 4:30AM to 1:30PM
xc2xb7 Morning Shift 6:30AM to 3:30PM
xc2xb7 Afternoon Shift 11:30AM to 8:30PM
xc2xb7 Evening Shift 2:30PM to 11:30PM
xc2xb7 Afternoon Shift 1 12:30PM to 9:30PM **
xc2xb7 Evening Shift 1 3:30PM to 00:30AM **
xc2xb7 ** Daylight saving ends period end Oct to end Mar every year
xc2xb7 Saturday Shift 11:30AM to 8:30PM ***
xc2xb7 *** Shift potentially added to cover Saturday planned activities. Staff will perform the standard work hours per week (Monday Saturday). Shift arrangement and hours to be finalized.
Oncall Support : To provide Oncall support services on rotational basis
xc2xb7 11:30PM to 4:30AM on weekdays after end of the Evening Shift work (Apr to Oct)
xc2xb7 00:30AM to 4:30AM on weekdays after end of the Evening Shift 1 work (Nov to Mar)
xc2xb7 Both Saturday and Sunday from Saturday 00:00AM to Monday 4:30AM
Weekend Support : Mandatory to work on every 3rd Saturday of every month
Public Holiday Support : Paris (Client) Holidays will be followed as public holidays
Process & Tools
xc2xb7 ITSM tool Service Now as Ticketing tool for INC/SR/Change/Problem tickets
xc2xb7 Basic knowledge on ITIL Process & Practices
Educational Qualifications
xc2xb7 Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Information Technology or pertinent programs

xc2xb7 Minimum 6 years of relevant hands-on work experiences
xc2xb7 Solution-focused with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
xc2xb7 Ability to work in a flexible and constantly changing environment
