 Role Purpose: BAU ;Location :Pune 
 HP Aruba Network BAU JD 
Role & Responsibilities: 
  Set up and maintain Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN across branch and core network environments. 
  Perform configuration and support for Aruba CX switches, including features like VSX, device profiles, and network segmentation. 
  Manage and optimize Aruba wireless deployments through Aruba Central, ensuring consistent coverage and performance. 
  Use Aruba Central to streamline configuration, monitor network health, and apply standardized policies. 
  Design and enforce VLANs, routing rules, and access controls to support secure and scalable network operations. 
  Leverage ClearPass for centralized authentication, policy enforcement, and endpoint access control. 
  Identify and resolve complex network issues quickly using diagnostic tools and root cause analysis. 
  Document network changes, update technical diagrams, and support network design initiatives. 
Technical Skills Required: 
  Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals: IP addressing, routing, switching, VLANs, WAN protocols. 
  Practical experience with Aruba SD-WAN solutions, including EdgeConnect. 
  Hands-on expertise with Aruba Central (UI groups, device onboarding, templates, and analytics). 
  Strong background with Aruba CX series switches and wireless infrastructure. 
  Familiarity with ClearPass Policy Manager and AAA frameworks. 
  Good grasp of network security practices and policy-based access control. 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  Effective communicator with the ability to work independently or within a team. 
 Preferred Certifications (Good to Have, Not Mandatory): 
  Aruba Certified Edge Professional (ACEP) 
  Aruba Certified Switching Expert (ACSX) 
  Cisco CCNP or equivalent (advantageous)
