Funding - Reconcile warehouse balances and cash balances daily, Book journal entries, maintain loan level accounting schedule, interest accruals for income & expense for warehouses, communicate with funding team on regular basis, communicate with investors, Escrow recons, Income recons, additional wire requests, research variances.US Mortgage Experience is a must
General Ledger Experience
Organized & follow the outlined steps
Work independently
Effective Communication is a must
Tool Knowledge:
Expertise in MS Office, Excel specifically is a must. Experience in Workday will be a plusEducation Qualification:
CA Degree or CPA equivalent
