In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a

Lead Account Analyst - KPO

to join our KPO operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading analytics for KPO accounts.

This is an excellent Mid-Senior level opportunity for a candidate who thrives in high-energy environments and collaborates well with internal teams. The position requires a candidate comfortable with technical skills in accounting and tax preparation.

A Day on The Job Looks Like This

Work with

large datasets

and organize, clean, and analyze data in

Excel

. Utilize

Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.)

for data processing. Prepare

reports, dashboards, and summaries

based on project requirements. Communicate findings and updates

in basic English

via email, chat, or documentation. Follow

standard operating procedures (SOPs)

for data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

Qualifications

Got the skills and experience? Here's what we're looking for:

1+ years of analytics experience with a proven track record of success with data, analytics, and reporting Yardi/Timberline (Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate) experience -

Ideal but not a must

CA Inter pursuing/cleared -

Ideal but not a must

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

(formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation, etc.). -

MUST

Basic

English reading and writing

skills for communication. Ability to

analyze and interpret data trends

. Ability to work under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy. Prior experience in

data analysis or report generation

is a plus.
