We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HOD/Lead - Academic Quality with strong expertise in Mathematics or Science (M.Sc) and extensive experience in curriculum review, academic auditing, and content quality governance. This role oversees the end-to-end quality assurance process for K-12 learning content within our LMS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor academic quality reviewers and validators.
2. Establish and maintain quality benchmarks, review cycles, and audit frameworks.
3. Conduct deep academic validation of lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, presentations, and digital modules.
4. Ensure curriculum alignment with CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE standards.
6. Review and approve LMS-ready content including multimedia and AI-generated elements.
7. Collaborate with SMEs, Academics Head, Product, Tech, and Media teams for smooth content delivery.
8. Maintain audit reports, error logs, dashboards, and quality analytics.
9. Drive continuous improvement based on defect analysis and learner performance data.
Required Qualifications & Experience
M.Sc in Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Biology (mandatory)
10-15 years of experience in academic quality, content review, or SME roles
Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum mapping, and assessment standards
Experience handling large-scale academic content operations
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
