Key Responsibilities:

Training Need Analysis (TNA):

Assess training needs in collaboration with department heads and supervisors. Identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training interventions.

Content Development:

Design and prepare engaging training content including PPTs, handouts, guides, and e-learning materials. Ensure content is updated, accurate, and aligned with organizational policies and industry best practices.

Training Delivery:

Conduct induction, soft skills, process, and product training sessions for employees. Use a variety of training methods (classroom, virtual, role plays, simulations) to engage participants.

Program Coordination:

Plan and schedule training programs across branches and teams. Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules to stakeholders.

Evaluation & Reporting:

Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Prepare reports and maintain training records for compliance and audits.

Continuous Improvement:

Keep up with industry trends and incorporate innovative training methodologies. Recommend improvements to training content, process, and delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written). Excellent PPT and content creation skills. Ability to conduct TNA and design relevant learning modules. Good coordination, planning, and time management skills. Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern training techniques. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 2-4 years of experience in training & development, preferably in an MFI / BFSI sector. Experience in developing and delivering both classroom and virtual training.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
