JOB SUMMARY Package Technical Lead is responsible for designing and implementing solutions to customers by using C4C SDK technical skills of package solution platforms. The role holder should ensure that delivered solution meets the technical specifi cations and design requirements. Responsibilities will include full range of activities from leading and executing small to mid-size projects and assisting project managers on larger and complex projects. Package Technical Lead should also be able to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES # At least 6-8 years of SAP CRM & C4C implementation project experience including a minimum of 1 full life cycle projects (Design to Go Live ) # Excellent knowledge in Solution Design and Development using C4C SDK Sales and Service Scenarios # Proficient in ABSL , BDSL and SAP Cloud Studio with life cycle management # Excellent knowledge on C4C product and Implementation experience # Excellent knowledge and expe rience of both on premise to Cloud and Cloud to Cloud integrations # ideally with SAP CX Products (Cloud for Customer C4C ) # Very good written and verbal communication skills as this role will entail regular engagement either face to face or via rem ote technology with clients and Mindtree teams # Excellent Debugging Skill # Team Player SPECIALIZATION Mindtree provides SAP consultancy, support and SAP services for some of the world#s leading organizations.
