Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
4-5 years of experience in learning and development operations or related role
Familiarity with learning management systems and other training administration tools
Preferred knowledge of People Strong LMS
Project management skills preferred
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
EXPECTATIONS FROM THIS ROLE In this role, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced L&D Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the learning and development function. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of training programs and initiatives to support the organization's talent development strategy. POSITION MAIN ACTIVITIES Administrative management of training:
Coordinate the logistics and operations of training programs, including scheduling, venue coordination, and materials preparation.
Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and participants to provide information and support related to training programs.
Tracking of the training participation across various platforms and publishing the results
Communicate on the different training solutions offered by the L&D team.
Risk and Compliance:
Conduct risk assessments for L&D programs, identifying potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure all L&D activities adhere to internal policies and controls.
Be the face for all internal and external audit and compliance requirements for L&D team
Management of the Learning Management System (LMS)
Manage the learning management system (LMS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of training activities.
Detailed activities would include:
Create events, sessions and training objects in the LMS.
Update Training completion and certification data fetched from various sources
Publish consistent activity reports for HR, L&D and operational teams
Post trainings assessment forms & feedback analysis.
Perform & maintain data quality check , solve data issues and manage data for audits
Report Learning KPI's and scorecard to Leadership Team
