Facilitate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge across stores to align with and support key business objectives.

  • Driving of new Hire Induction Program
  • TNI/A based Trainings
  • Refresher Trainings on Product & Process
  • In-Store Learning interventions
  • Store Visits & Training Audits
  • Reporting & Data-keeping
  • Measuring Training Effectiveness
  • Driving Digital Learning
  • Co-ordinating and liasoning with HO & Stakeholders
Key Performance Indicators
Primary KPIs
  • Ready for Role Certifications
  • Executing need based Functional & Behavioral interventions for stores in the region
  • NHQ driven training certifications
  • Store Visit Completion % (Measured basis the Number of stores visited viz-a-viz Scope of stores decided)
  • Maintaining high Delivery standards, Excellent Platform skills and ensuring readiness as per Trainer notes
