Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Solutions DevelopmentCollaborate with assigned business units to identify learning needs and design tailored solutions aligned with strategic goals and Turbo ambitions
Develop and facilitate workshops, virtual sessions, and eLearning content using instructional design principles.
Own end-to-end execution of learning initiatives, including logistics, communications, and post-program follow-ups.
Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
2. Data Analysis & ReportingLeverage analytics to assess learning impact and provide actionable insights.
Share regular reports on trends, completion rates, and feedback with stakeholders
3. Functional Learning JourneysCo-create learning journeys with reputed institutes, integrating industry practices and organisational context.
Oversee curriculum development, delivery methods, and impact assessment
Work Experience
QualificationsMaster's/Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, L&D, or related field.
5-12+ years of experience in L&D. Experience in OD will be a plus.
Proficiency in LMS platforms like SuccessFactors.
Strong facilitation, instructional design, and eLearning development skills (use of Articulate 360 or equivalent software, conversant with using and deploying learning through LMS.
